We start with a kickoff meeting to define project objectives and establish communication channels. The following day, we assess current processes and gather detailed requirements. By the 3rd day, we develop and present a comprehensive proposal.
Day 5
In day five, we finalize the deployment plan and conduct final reviews. The solution is deployed by this day, with close monitoring to address any issues. Within this time frame we will provide essential leadership training needs and areas of support through internal or external resources.

During day four, we create detailed design documents, reviewing them with the client for feedback. Consultant Team to start holding regular progress meetings with area Teams.
